传统旅游本科教育以教师为主体和单纯以知识教学为导向的传统教育模式忽略了市场对旅游业人才的要求,导致了学生和市场需求错位。能分制模式体现了教育从单一学校课堂教学转移到学校课堂教学与政府、行业、企业协同发展的新的价值取向,需要旅游专业本科教育定位与地方经济社会发展实际相协同、专业设置与区域经济社会规划相协同、人才培养与经济社会发展人才需求相协同。
Traditional education undergraduate education with teachers as the main body and purely to the traditional teaching of knowledge-based education ignores the market demand for tourism professionals, leading to student and market demand misplaced.
