目的 探讨超剂量输血对促进造血重建,促进外周血细胞的恢复及中性粒细胞生长的作用机制和治疗价值。方法 应用超剂量红细胞输注,对小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)化疗缓解期的患者分成两组,一组将Hb维持在10~12g/dL,另一组将Hb维持在16~17.5g/dL(经过超剂量输血后,将Hb维持在一个较高的Hb值)。结果通过两组比较显示,超剂量组的白细胞增强明显,血小板也增高,患者感染症状减轻。结论进一步揭示了造血干细胞和各血细胞间以及细胞与因子之间的相互调节的关系,展示了超剂量输血在小儿ALL化疗中的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the mechanism and therapeutic value of overdose blood transfusion on promoting hematopoietic reconstitution, promoting the recovery of peripheral blood cells and neutrophil growth. Methods The patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) undergoing chemotherapy were divided into two groups by using super-dose erythrocyte infusion. One group maintained Hb at 10-12 g / dL and the other group maintained Hb at 16-17.5 g / dL (Hb is maintained at a higher Hb after overdose transfusion). Results The comparison between the two groups showed that the leukocytes in the overdose group were obviously enhanced and the platelets were also increased, and the symptoms of the patients were alleviated. The conclusion further reveals the relationship between hematopoietic stem cells and blood cells and the mutual regulation between cells and factors, and demonstrates the application value of transfusions in pediatric ALL chemotherapy.
