本文以桉木未漂浆为原料,初步探索了酸处理对其过氧化氢漂白废液中残余过氧化氢、溶出木素、甲醇、碳酸根以及草酸根含量的影响。结果表明:漂白废液的残余过氧化氢含量随酸预处理pH值的降低而呈指数增加的现象;溶出木素和甲醇的含量随pH值的增大而出现先增大后降低的现象,均在pH值范围为3—4.5时最大,说明较低的酸预处理pH值有利于降低废液的色度及挥发性有机化合物的含量。综合考虑纸浆白度、黏度等指标的变化,本文得出的较佳pH值为3.0左右。
In this paper, the eucalyptus unbleached pulp was used as the raw material to explore the effects of acid treatment on the residual hydrogen peroxide, dissolved lignin, methanol, carbonate and oxalate in the hydrogen peroxide bleaching liquid. The results showed that the content of residual hydrogen peroxide in bleaching waste liquid increased exponentially with the decrease of pH value. The content of dissolved lignin and methanol increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of pH value. All of which were the largest in the range of pH 3-4.5, indicating that the lower acid pretreatment pH value will help to reduce the chroma of waste liquid and the content of volatile organic compounds. Considering the pulp whiteness, viscosity and other indicators of change, the best pH value of this paper is about 3.0.
