为满足实际工业控制项目的需求,采用S3C4510B芯片为硬件电路的核心,结合μClinux操作系统,并依据TCP/IP协议与CAN总线协议,扩展了通讯接口,完善了嵌入式系统的功能。文中重点探讨了嵌入式系统硬件设计的要点以及所扩展接口电路的设计方法,同时对μClinux的移植过程也做了系统的分析。结果表明该系统设计是成功的,为嵌入式系统在工业控制中的应用提供了重要借鉴意义。
In order to meet the needs of actual industrial control projects, S3C4510B chip is the core of the hardware circuit, combined with μClinux operating system, and based on the TCP / IP protocol and CAN bus protocol, expand the communication interface and improve the function of embedded system. In this paper, the key points of hardware design of embedded system and the design method of the interface circuit are discussed emphatically, meanwhile, the transplantation of μClinux is also analyzed systematically. The results show that the system design is successful and provides an important reference for the application of embedded system in industrial control.
