目的研究干化学法与尿沉渣在尿常规检验应用中的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年6月至2015年12月50例患者为研究对象,分别采用干化学法、尿沉渣法以及干化学法联合尿沉渣法对患者进行尿样检查,研究分析患者的红细胞与白细胞数值。结果干化学法检测红细胞阳性率显著高于尿沉渣法,尿沉渣法检测白细胞阳性率显著高于干化学法,干化学法联合尿沉渣法检测白细胞以及红细胞的阳性率均显著高于干化学法以及尿沉渣法,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干化学法联合尿沉渣在尿常规检验应用中的临床效果显著,能够提高诊断率,在临床上值得广泛推广。
Objective To study the clinical effects of dry chemical method and urine sediment in urine routine test. Methods A total of 50 patients from June 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as study subjects. Urinary sediment samples were examined by dry chemistry method, urinary sediment method and dry chemical method combined with urinary sediment method respectively. The levels of erythrocyte and WBC count. Results The positive rate of erythrocytes detected by dry chemical method was significantly higher than that by urinary sediment method. The positive rate of white blood cells detected by urinary sediment method was significantly higher than that of dry chemical method. The positive rates of white blood cells and erythrocytes detected by dry chemical method and urine sediment method were significantly higher than those by dry chemical method As well as urinary sediment method, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of dry chemical method and urinary sediment in urinalysis test has obvious clinical effect, which can improve the diagnosis rate and is worth popularizing clinically.
