当今的社会经济发展日新月异,社会各行各业的竞争异常激烈。企业间的竞争尤为突出,竞争的核心关键是人才。但目前的状况是,不论是人力资源管理工作,还是绩效考核工作做的都不是很到位,以至于绩效考核的效果并不理想。为了进一步促进供电企业的发展,本人对影响供电企业人力资源绩效考核的有关问题进行了详细的分析和论述。
With the ever-changing social and economic development of today, the competition in all walks of life in society is extremely fierce. The competition among enterprises is particularly prominent. The key to competition is talent. However, the current situation is that neither human resources management nor performance appraisal work is done well so that the performance appraisal results are not satisfactory. In order to further promote the development of power supply enterprises, I have conducted a detailed analysis and discussion on the issues affecting the performance evaluation of human resources in power supply enterprises.
