以低密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(LDPE-g-MAH)为原料与环氧氯丙烷反应合成一种以聚乙烯为主要结构的固态环氧树脂—聚乙烯酯型环氧树脂(LDPE-g-MAH-g-ECH),并利用FT-IR光谱表征了该环氧树脂的化学结构。采用化学分析法研究了反应物料配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、碱的用量与浓度等因素对合成反应的影响,确定了合成该环氧树脂的最佳反应条件。该树脂为淡褐色透明粉末,采用化学分析方法测得其环氧值0.24~0.27mmol/g,酸值<0.5mg/g。
(LDPE-g-MAH) as raw material and epichlorohydrin to synthesize a kind of solid epoxy resin-polyethylene-based epoxy resin (LDPE- g-MAH-g-ECH), and the chemical structure of the epoxy resin was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy. The effects of the ratio of reaction materials, reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage, base amount and concentration on the synthesis reaction were studied by chemical analysis. The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of the epoxy resin were determined. The resin is light brown transparent powder, measured by chemical analysis of epoxy 0.24 ~ 0.27mmol / g, acid value <0.5mg / g.
