分析了锥形立铣刀侧铣加工的特点并给出了其通用刀位算法 ,讨论了四坐标侧铣加工中存在加工误差的原因并把误差分为由四坐标加工自身的局限性引起的误差和由法矢异向引起的误差 ,推导了误差的具体计算公式。给出了误差的分布规律及改进的刀位算法。
The characteristics of the side milling of the cone end milling cutter are analyzed and its general cutter location algorithm is given. The reasons of the machining errors in the four - coordinate side milling are discussed and the errors are divided into the limitations caused by the four - coordinate machining Error and the error caused by the difference of normal vector, the specific calculation formula of error is deduced.
