通过随机调查首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院妇科门诊一周中成药处方436张,并对其进行分析总结后发现,目前妇女阴道炎、月经失调、盆腔炎、宫颈炎的患病率较高。按照中医治法将药物进行了系统的分类,较详细地介绍了常用药物的处方组成、功能主治、药理研究及不良反应等,可用于指导临床用药。 A random survey of 436 prescriptions for Chinese patent medicines in the gynecology clinic of Beijing Friendship Hospital of Capital Medical University was conducted. After analyzing and summarizing the findings, the prevalence of vaginitis, menstrual disorders, pelvic inflammatory disease, and cervicitis among women was high. According to the TCM treatment method, the drugs were systematically categorized, and the prescription composition, function indications, pharmacological studies, and adverse reactions of commonly used drugs were introduced in more detail, which could be used to guide clinical medication.
