自2016年4月1日起执行的国三排放标准二排放标准,主要要求是降低“HC+NO_x”(碳氢化合物与氮氧化物)和PM(颗粒物)的排放量。降低以上2项指标,技术上要求柴油发动机要提高喷油压力,使燃油燃烧更加充分,同时控制发动机汽缸内的燃烧温度,从而使排放气体中的颗粒物体及氮氧物等废物含量指标合格。基于此,柴油发动机“电控高压共轨燃油喷射技术”和“尾气后处理技术”成为当今工程机械柴油发动机的主流技术。
