自20世纪90年代以来,核心素养已成为全球范围内教育政策、教育实践、教育研究领域的重要议题,国际组织与许多国家或地区已相继构建了学生核心素养的框架。我国教育部印发的《教育部关于全面深化课程改革落实立德树人根本任务的意见》(下称“意见”)中首次提出核心素养的概念,以培养全面发展的人为核心,明确将培养学生的审美情趣作为十八项基本要点之一。化学作为一门自然学科,本身就蕴含着无穷的美。
