香菇块式接种栽培是一项新的栽培方法,方法简单,管理方便,节省成本,周期长,效益高。我们1984年开始进行块式接种栽培试验,1986年开发栽培面积已达2万平方尺,获得了每平方尺产菇1,500克的良好效果,一般菌块每平方尺也可产1,100—1,250克,可获纯利润3—4元。1.培养料的选择:培养料应选择阔叶树木屑,配方是木屑80％、米糠10％、麦麸10％,石膏为料重的1％。菌种选用抚顺市农科所生产的抗病强香菇23号。包料用聚乙烯薄膜,规格为长100厘米、宽80厘米、厚0.06—0.08厘米。
