氩激光小梁成形术(ALT)已被认为是降低眼压的一种有效方法。短期追踪3～18个月,其成功率为55～99%。在芬兰,ALT作为主要的治疗方法,追踪观察5年,其成功率为50%。对从1981年8月到1982年8月新诊断为开角型青光眼,主要采用ALT治疗的33例作出评价。(一) 对象和方法:从1981年8月～1982年8月在眼科门诊连续挑选出新诊断为有晶体的慢性开角型青光眼33例,全部患者至少有1眼眼压高于21mmHg,有青光眼视野缺损和/或典型青光眼性视乳头陷凹,房角镜检查房角
Argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALT) has been considered as an effective method of reducing IOP. Short-term follow-up of 3 to 18 months, the success rate of 55 to 99%.
