导出了以不同晶面指数和晶面间距作为自变量的菱形角和点阵常数的计算公式,研究分析了计算公式中各个因子对计算精度的影响,找到了一些减少误差的计算方法;根据误差理论确定了可疑数值的舍弃限,排除了过失误差和一些干扰项带来的影响;对每个试样,都选用同样部位多条衍射峰的测量数据,采用两两组合或有选择的组合,用DJS—131型电子计算机进行了程序设计和计算,求出了具有代表性的参数值及有关项;采用慢扫描和复峰分离,及在多晶试样中加B_(?)(NO_2)_2内标等,可显著提高计算Chevrel相点阵参数的精确度和准确度。
