按照GB/T18297-2001《发动机性能试验方法》中要求,进行耐久性试验过程中需使用机油温度控制装置将机油温度控制在95±5℃,由于原机油外循环转接器质量较大,导致试验过程中出现机油滤清器座金属疲劳断裂的情况。针对上述情况,进行机油转接器和管路重新设计。对于不同改善方案进行综合研讨及比较。确定方案后,进行机械设计和轻量化设计,最终完成设计图纸。改进设计后的新机油外循环转接器进行50h耐久试验,证明新机油外循环转接器可靠性和使用效果良好。
