目的 :探讨中国人群内源性高甘油三酯血症 ( HTG)患者血脂含量变化是否与对氧磷酶 ( PON1 )基因 90 9位 Gly- Cys多态性相关。方法 :应用多聚酶链反应 ( PCR)对 1 0 0例 HTG患者和 1 2 0例相匹配的正常对照者的 PON1基因酶切位点的限制性片段长度多态性 ( RFLP)进行研究。结果 :HTG患者和正常对照组 PON1基因均以 CG基因型为主 ,其频率分别为 0 .460和 0 .483;G等位基因频率分别为 0 .5 2 0和 0 .5 2 5 ,两者无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。正常对照组与 HTG组间各基因型血浆血脂水平无统计学差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :PON1基因 90 9位 Gly- Cys多态性与中国人 HTG无关联
Aims: To investigate whether changes in blood lipid levels in patients with endogenous hypertriglyceridemia (HTG) in Chinese population are related to the polymorphism of glycosylase (PON1) 909 Gly-Cys. Methods: Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) of PON1 gene in 100 HTG patients and 120 matched normal controls was studied by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: The genotypes of PON1 in HTG patients and normal controls were all CG genotypes with frequencies of 0.460 and 0.483, respectively. The frequencies of G alleles were 0.520 and 0.525 No significant difference (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma lipid levels between genotypes and HTG groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The 909 Gly-Cys polymorphism of PON1 gene is not associated with Chinese HTG
