用流式细胞仪观测一定剂量视黄酸(RA)对淋巴细胞膜白介素2受体α链(IL—2Rα)及铁传递蛋白受体(TfR)表达及淋巴细胞细胞周期相细胞分布特征的影响,同时测定淋巴细胞增殖功能和(45)Cα内流。结果显示:1>RA在2.5×10(-5)~2.5×10(-7)mol/L剂量范围内能促进入外周血淋巴细胞膜IL—2Ra、TfR表达,2.5×10(-6)mol/L作用最明显,2.5×10(-4)mol/L则对IL—2Rα、TfR表达有一定抑制作用;2>2.5×10(-6)~2.5×10(-7)mol/LRA能促进PHA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖,G2+M期和S期细胞较溶剂对照明显增多,而2.5×10(-4)mol/LRA作用后,细胞多停留在G0/G1期;3>高浓度RA(2.5×10(-4)mol/L)能抑制淋巴细胞(45)Ca内流,而一定浓度(2.5×10(-6)mol/L)RA则能促进(45)Ca内流。
The effects of certain doses of retinoic acid (RA) on the expression of interleukin 2 receptor alpha (IL-2Rα) and transferrin receptor (TfR) and the distribution characteristics of lymphocyte cell cycle phase cells in lymphocytes were observed by flow cytometry.
