蓉18A是四川省成都市农林科学院作物所用M 5B×D香1B选育的籼型杂交水稻三系不育系,具有不育性稳定、异交结实率高、配合力好、米质较优、抗病性较强等突出特点。以蓉18A为试验材料,以Ⅱ-32A、金23A、冈46A为对照,利用逐日受粉结实率估算法测定其柱头活力,比较分析各参试材料在自然条件下柱头活力衰减状况及维持时间。依据试验结果,并结合田间繁殖制种实践,探讨了不育系柱头活力在杂交水稻制种上的应用。
Chengdu 18A is an indica hybrid rice three-line CMS line selected from the indica hybrid rice M 5B × D Xiang 1B for crops in Chengdu Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, Sichuan Province. It has the characteristics of sterility stability, high outcrossing rate, good combining ability and better quality of rice , Strong resistance and other salient features. Taking Rong-18A as test material, the stigma activity was measured by using II-32A, Jin-23A and Gang-46A. The stigma activity of the tested materials under natural conditions was compared with the maintenance time. Based on the test results and the practice of seed production in field, the application of stigma viability in hybrid rice seed production was discussed.
