本研究主要从渗碳技术及其发展、电镀工艺与其存在的危害、对材料表面处理之渗碳技术的工艺路线、以及渗碳的新技术等进行研究阐述,对金属的表面处理进行综合的理论研究。渗碳处理让工件材料表层通过渗入碳等元素的方法来提高零件的表面刚度硬度、耐磨性、抗震性、疲劳强度和耐腐蚀性,同时保持工件心部材料的性能不变,探讨用金属渗碳工艺技术代替电镀工艺的可能性。
