国家863高技术新材料领域专家委员会主任黄伯云日前透露,“十五”期间,国家863高技术新材料领域的工作将实施五大战略:提升传统产业、形成经济新增长点、创造标志性成果、建立新材料产业基地和培养创新人才,在光电子材料与器件技术、特种功能材料技术和高性能结构材料技术的前沿性、前瞻性课题和热点问题上进行重点攻关,取得跨越式发展。发展光电子材料与器件,突破信息网络和高速信息处理中的瓶颈,是21世纪初世界范围内所面临的最重大的科学问题之一。超高亮度显示材料与器件、超高速度、超大容量光存储材料与器件以及高灵敏度的光传感材料技术等将成为研发重点。特种功能材料的研发热点主要包括以下7个方面,即超导材料、生态环境材料、新型能量转换和储能材料、稀土功能材料、信息功能陶瓷材料、生物医用材料以及其它用途的特种功能材料。
Huang Boyun, director of the National 863 Expert Committee on High-tech and New Materials, disclosed that during the “10th Five-Year Plan” period, the national 863 high-tech new materials work will implement five major strategies: upgrading traditional industries, forming new economic growth points, creating landmark achievements, and establishing The new material industry base and innovative talents will focus on cutting-edge, forward-looking issues and hot issues in optoelectronic materials and device technology, special-functional materials technologies, and high-performance structural materials technologies, and achieve leaps and bounds. The development of optoelectronic materials and devices to break the bottleneck in information networks and high-speed information processing is one of the most important scientific issues facing the world at the beginning of the 21st century. Ultra-high-brightness display materials and devices, ultra-high-speed, ultra-large-capacity optical storage materials and devices, and high-sensitivity light-sensing material technologies will become the focus of research and development. The research and development hot spots of special functional materials mainly include the following seven aspects: superconducting materials, ecological environmental materials, new energy conversion and energy storage materials, rare earth functional materials, information functional ceramic materials, biomedical materials, and special functional materials for other uses.
