现阶段随着就业压力的增大,有不少男性选择了从事幼儿教育成为幼儿教师。男性幼儿教师有别于女性,他们有着自己的性别特征和教育特点,但是由于种种原因使得男性幼儿教师并没有表现出他们对自我职业的认同感,在这里我们将分析影响男性幼儿教师对自我职业认同感的影响因素,并在此基础上提出解决策略,以期能够促使男性幼儿教师对自我职业观点的良性转变从而有利于我国幼儿教育事业的进一步丰富和发展。
