甲状腺癌是头颈部较为常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来发病率明显上升,其中甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)是最为常见的病理类型。促甲状腺激素受体(thyroid stimulating hormone receptor,TSHR)是甲状腺特异蛋白,可以通过激活细胞内信号传导途径,调节碘代谢,引起甲状腺相关疾病发生,编码其蛋白的基因即为促甲状腺激素受体(thyroid stimulating hormone receptor gene,TSHR)基因。研究表明,TSHR基因甲基化与PTC的发生、发展密切相关。现就TSHR基因甲基化在PTC中的研究予以综述。
Thyroid cancer is a common malignant tumor of the head and neck. The incidence of thyroid cancer has been significantly increased in recent years. Among them, papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most common pathological type. Thyroid stimulating hormone receptor (thyroid stimulating hormone receptor, TSHR) is a thyroid-specific protein, which can regulate thyroid-related diseases by activating intracellular signal transduction pathway and regulating iodine metabolism. The gene encoding the protein is thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor thyroid stimulating hormone receptor gene (TSHR) gene. Studies have shown that TSHR gene methylation and the occurrence and development of PTC are closely related. TSHR gene methylation in PTC are reviewed.
