中小型火电机组的除氧器水位和凝汽器水位自动控制系统一直难以稳定投运,影响中小型火电机组的自动化水平及机组运行的经济性。提出了除氧器水位三冲量控制、对凝结水母管压力进行自动控制、凝汽器水位加入开关量控制的改进方法。该控制系统在镇海电厂3号机200MW机组的应用取得了理想的效果。
