针对新城金矿厚大、破碎、倾斜、难采矿体开采时存在的粉矿损失问题,分析了引起矿石损失和贫化的原因,通过对矿山充填系统及其工艺技术的研究,提出了以下优化策略:优化充填系统,合理布置充填管网;进行充填材料试验,采用新的充填胶凝材料,提高充填体强度;强化充填站质量责任,满足充填配比要求;按设计施工,禁止进路超高、超宽;采用多种技术措施,确保充填接顶;提高充填料浆浓度。实践证明,以上措施减少了充填料与粉矿的接触与混合,矿山矿石回收率由92%提高到94.5%,并且减少了矿石贫化率,取得显著效益。
