定子引出电缆线的接头,我厂过去用铅锡焊条焊接。但由于锡供应较紧张,而且锡焊工艺有如下缺点:(1)质量不稳定,当焊接时若垃圾未清除干净,易造成假焊现象;(2)电机运行时,因故障发热锡易熔化脱落;(3)助焊剂有腐蚀性,影响使用寿命;(4)工作场地有烟雾和有害气体,劳动条件差。因此,为了保证产品质量、节约用锡及劳动保护等要求,我厂开始在部分产品上试验定子电缆线接头使用冷压接。冷压接一般使用冷压钳。冷压钳有手动的、油压的、也有气动的。冷压接的实质是利用压力使工件的被接部位产生塑性变形,使导线与端子紧密接触。
