深圳市保险消费者权益服务总站的成立,为保险消费者提供了一个方便、免费的保险合同纠纷调解平台,体现了鲜明的创新特色由于保险监管机构没有裁决保险合同纠纷的权力,一直以来,保险消费者与保险公司产生合同纠纷且无法协商一致时,只能通过诉讼渠道来维护自身的权益,消费者维权的渠道 The establishment of Shenzhen Insurance Consumer Rights and Interests Service Terminals has provided insurance consumers with a convenient and free platform for the mediation of insurance contract disputes and embodies the distinctive innovative features.
