运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等,总结得出,参与健身气功·易筋经练习对身体形态及生理机能、血脂相关指标、心理健康、自由基代谢、运动系统疾病等各方面均有显著的促进作用,是中老年人理想的锻炼方式;通过对健身气功·易筋经健身功效做个综述,更好地促进健身气功·易筋经健身的推广及科研的发展。
