局部加压压铸工艺是压铸中用于消除厚壁处缩孔、缩松缺陷的一种新技术。开发了一种多回路、参数调整方便、简单可靠、价格低廉的移动式局部加压装置,成功地应用于复杂压铸件的生产。探讨了局部加压结构形式、加压杆与杆套的配合公差对加压杆使用性能的影响,得到了8mm和12mm两种加压杆的合理公差,确保了加压杆的使用寿命。研究局部加压工艺参数对铸件内部质量的影响,当局部加压压力越大时,加压效果越好;在加压压力一定时,局部加压开始时间短可获得较好的加压效果。采用局部加压压铸技术,提高了铸件的合格率,达到97%以上。
Local pressure die-casting process is used in die-casting to eliminate shrinkage at the shrinkage, shrinkage defects of a new technology. Developed a multi-loop, easy to adjust the parameters, simple and reliable, low cost mobile partial pressure device, successfully used in the production of complex die-casting. The effects of the partial pressure structure, the tolerances of the compression rod and the rod sleeve on the performance of the compression rod were discussed. The reasonable tolerances of the two compression rods 8mm and 12mm were obtained, which ensured the service life of the compression rod . The effect of partial pressure process parameters on the internal quality of the castings is studied. When the local pressure increases, the pressure effect is better. When the pressure is constant, the local pressure start time is short, so the better pressure effect can be obtained. The use of local pressure die-casting technology to improve the passing rate of castings, reaching more than 97%.
