NPR1是不同形式抗病转导途径中的交叉点之一,在系统获得抗性和诱导系统抗性中起着核心调控作用,是组成型抗性和由抗病基因决定的抗性的重要调控因子。该对目前NPR1基因及其类似物的抗病作用机制进行了完整的阐述,对NPR1转基因作物的研究现状和研究进展做了较为系统的论述,并对NPR1转基因作物的应用前景进行了展望。
NPR1 is one of the cross-links in different forms of disease-resistant transduction pathways and plays a central regulatory role in systemically acquired and induced systemic resistance and is an important regulator of constitutive resistance and resistance determined by disease-resistance genes factor. The mechanism of disease resistance of NPR1 gene and its analogues is fully described in this paper. The research status and research progress of NPR1 transgenic crops are systematically discussed, and the prospect of application of NPR1 transgenic crops is prospected.
