随着中国经济社会的高速发展,中国企业文化建设已经由盲目跟随,注重形式进入一个学习创新、理性发展的过程。各类企业根据各自不同的历史背景、地理环境、人文精神等因素,传承中华传统文化,融合现代文明理念,创造和形成了魅力无穷、多姿多彩、风格迥异的中国企业文化。这其间,又由于国有企业和民营企业在企业性质、体制,所诞生的历史时期、社会背景的不同,在企业文化上的传承、发展上也表现出较大的差异,形成了中国企业文化建设上的两大流派。这两大流派将在相当一个时期内影响并决定着中国企业文化的进程和走向。山东德棉集团作为传统国有大型纺织企业,在培育和建设自身企业文化的过程中,既遵循企业文化发展的客观规律,又善于根据企业自身的特点和条件,结合实际,因地制宜,因势利导,综合运用各种方法,走一条符合企业自身发展需要的企业文化建设之路。山东德棉集团建设企业文化的做法值得借鉴和参考。
