目的调查临床护理人员对护理信息的认知及应用现状,促进护理信息在医院的发展。方法采用自制问卷调查重庆市18所医院876名护理人员对护理信息涵盖内容的认知、不同类别医院护理信息应用情况、不同层级护理人员对护理信息重视程度,并对不同类别医院进行比较。结果附属医院护理人员对护理信息的认知率为33.2%,显著高于综合医院和专科医院(均P<0.01);附属医院对护理信息的重视程度及其应用情况显著优于综合医院和专科医院(均P<0.01);学历越高、职称越低、工作年限越短的护理人员对护理信息的主动获取显著优于其他护理人员(均P<0.01),不同学历、职称及工作年限的护理人员对护理信息重要性及掌握护理信息必要性的认同度存在显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论临床护理人员对护理信息理论体系知晓率较低,医院护理信息应用不足,高学历、低年资护理人员对护理信息重视程度较高,可通过重视护理信息,加强青年人才培养,促使护理信息在医院的发展。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing staff’s cognition and application status of nursing information and to promote the development of nursing information in the hospital. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 876 nursing staffs in 18 hospitals in Chongqing, including the cognition of nursing information, the application of nursing information in different categories of hospitals, the importance of nursing information of nursing staff at different levels, and comparing different types of hospitals. Results The cognition rate of nurses in affiliated hospitals was 33.2%, which was significantly higher than that in general hospitals and specialty hospitals (all P <0.01). The emphasis attached to nursing information in affiliated hospitals was significantly better than that in general hospitals and specialties (All P <0.01). The higher the qualifications, the lower the professional title and the shorter the working life, the active acquisition of nursing information was significantly superior to other nursing staff (all P <0.01). The different qualifications, titles and working years Nurses showed significant differences in the importance of nursing information and the necessity of having nursing information (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion The nursing staffs have low awareness of the theoretical system of nursing information, lack of application of hospital nursing information, highly educated nursing staff with low qualifications and high degree of attention to nursing information. By emphasizing nursing information, strengthening the training of young talents, In hospital development.
