采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法从理论和实践两个层面探讨了在2008北京奥运会的背景下体育教师队伍的变化,旨在为进一步发挥体育教师在普及奥林匹克知识、弘扬奥林匹克精神、传播奥林匹克理念中的积极作用提供一定的参考依据,通过研究得出以下结论:1)从理论视角分析,奥运会对体育教师的影响体现在:能提升体育教师的社会地位;为体育教师加强自身建设提供了千载难逢的契机;为体育教师发挥其才能提供了广阔的平台和空间;促进体育教师的国际化视野。2)从实证调查分析,2008北京奥运会对体育教师的影响表现在:体育教师的求知欲和知识结构发生了转变;将奥林匹克教育融入体育课程之中,丰富了教学内容;教学方法有所改变,更加强调了以学生为中心;体育教师的教学理念有了转变,其中观念的转变是影响要素的核心所在。
This paper discusses the changes of physical education teachers in the background of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games from the aspects of theory and practice by means of literature review, questionnaire and interviews, aiming to further develop the role of physical education teachers in popularizing Olympic knowledge, promoting the Olympic spirit, The following conclusions can be drawn from the following conclusions: 1) From a theoretical perspective, the impact of the Olympic Games on physical education teachers can be reflected in: enhancing the social status of physical education teachers; providing physical education teachers with self-building A golden opportunity for physical education teachers to play their talents to provide a broad platform and space to promote physical education teachers an international perspective. 2) From the empirical analysis, the impact of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games on PE teachers is as follows: Curiosity and knowledge structure of PE teachers have changed; Olympic education has been incorporated into PE curriculums, which has enriched the teaching contents; teaching methods have changed, More emphasis on student-centered; physical education teachers have changed the teaching philosophy, in which the concept of change is the core of the impact of the elements.
