本文针对雷公藤制剂引起副作用之一肌痛。对24只大鼠采用短期内大量用药，观察对肌肉组化及坐骨神经的影响，并设对照组。光镜下结果显示：用药组与对照组比较，肌肉组化及坐骨神经未见异常改变。 This article addresses one of the side effects caused by tripterygium formulation myalgia. Twenty-four rats were given a large number of medications in a short period of time to observe the effect on muscle histochemistry and sciatic nerve, and a control group was set up. Light microscopy results showed that: compared with the control group, muscle histochemistry and sciatic nerve showed no abnormal changes.
