目前由于国有企业的改革,工会工作也面临着新的任务和挑战,包括可能出现的新情况和新问题。这种情况下,工会一定要化被动为主动,树立新观念,变挑战为机遇,定位好工作的立足点,提升企业工会活力。本文中笔者结合自身理解和相关经验,将探讨企业工会工作存在的问题,并提出一些相应的对策。 At present, due to the reform of state-owned enterprises, the work of trade unions also faces new tasks and challenges, including new situations and new problems that may arise. Under such circumstances, the trade unions must take the initiative of passiveness, establish new concepts, change challenges into opportunities, and establish the foothold of work so as to enhance the vitality of trade unions. In this paper, the author combined his own understanding and relevant experience, will discuss the problems existing in the work of trade unions, and put forward some countermeasures.
