目的探讨六味地黄颗粒对哮喘大鼠肺组织EGF、EGFR蛋白表达量的影响。方法以卵清白蛋白建立哮喘大鼠模型并分组,通过HE染色观察并检测大鼠支气管壁厚度;免疫组织化学法检测各组EGF、EGFR蛋白表达量。结果 HE染色显示哮喘模型对照组支气管壁厚度和支气管平滑肌厚度均明显高于空白对照组;空白对照组支气管壁厚度和支气管平滑肌厚度数值最低,六味地黄颗粒辅助地塞米松组、六味地黄颗粒治疗组则介于空白对照组和哮喘模型对照组之间,且这四组的两两比较均有统计学意义;哮喘模型对照组的EGF蛋白表达明显高于其余各组,六味地黄颗粒辅助地塞米松组EGF表达量最低,明显低于空白对照组;仅发现哮喘模型对照组EGFR表达明显高于其余各组,空白对照组分别与六味地黄颗粒辅助地塞米松组、地塞米松治疗组、六味地黄颗粒治疗组比较,均无统计学意义。结论六味地黄颗粒可通过下调EGF、EGFR的表达量以拮抗气道重塑。
Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang granule on the expression of EGF and EGFR in lung tissue of asthmatic rats. Methods Asthmatic rat models were established with ovalbumin and divided into groups. The thickness of bronchial wall was observed by HE staining and the expression of EGF and EGFR was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results HE staining showed that the bronchial wall thickness and bronchial smooth muscle thickness were significantly higher in the asthma model control group than in the blank control group; the bronchus wall thickness and the bronchial smooth muscle thickness in the blank control group were the lowest, and Liuweidihuang granule-assisted dexamethasone group and the Liuwei Dihuang Granule treatment group Between the control group and the blank control group and asthma model control group, and the four groups of any pairwise comparison was statistically significant; asthma model control group EGF protein expression was significantly higher than the other groups, Liu Wei Di Huang particles assisted dexamethasone The expression of EGF in group A was lower than that in control group. The expression of EGFR in asthmatic model group was significantly higher than that in other groups. The control group was treated with dexamethasone, dexamethasone, Granule treatment group, no statistically significant. Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang granule can antagonize airway remodeling by down-regulating the expression of EGF and EGFR.
