本文将所研究的35个品种18个性状归纳成籽粒蛋白质含量、生理性状、产量性状、形态性状扣各和氨基酸含量5组。试驻结果:籽粒蛋白质含量与产量性状的多元相关高于与生理性状的相关、又高于与形态性状的相关,但低于与各种氨基酸的相关产量性状与品质性状(籽粒蛋白质含量-各种氨基酸含量)的典型相关不显著,生理性状与品质性状有显著的典型相关,表明生理性状在品质改进中的重要性。典型变量分析结果指出无论是哪两个性状组间,在关联性上起作用的主要有:硝酸还原酶活性、主穗粒重、剑叶长,籽粒中的亮氨酸和苯丙氨酸含量。
In this paper, 18 traits of 35 cultivars studied were classified into five groups: protein content, physiological traits, yield traits, morphological traits and amino acid contents. The test results showed that the multivariate correlations between grain protein content and yield traits were higher than those correlated with physiological traits, but higher than the correlations with morphological traits, but lower than those related to various amino acids (grain protein content Amino acid content) of the typical correlation is not significant, physiological traits and quality traits have a significant typical correlation, indicating the importance of physiological traits in quality improvement. The results of canonical variable analysis indicated that no matter which two traits are involved, the most important ones are related to nitrate reductase activity, main grain weight, flag leaf length, leucine and phenylalanine content .
