目的探讨病案对外服务新理念,及构建和谐医患关系的方法。方法通过分析医患关系的现状,产生的原因,为患方提供全方位优质服务,提高服务人员自身素质,改善服务环境和工作设备,转变服务理念,体现人文关怀等。结果病案对外服务的满意率明显提高。结论在病案复印管理中构建新型和谐的医患关系,已成为病案管理工作所面临的一项新的课题。
Objective To explore the new concept of medical service in medical records and to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Methods By analyzing the current situation and the causes of the doctor-patient relationship, we provide a full range of quality services to the affected patients, improve the quality of service personnel, improve the service environment and working equipment, change the service concept and embody humanistic care. Results The satisfactory rate of medical service for external service increased significantly. Conclusion Establishing a new type of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in the management of medical records has become a new issue facing the medical records management.
