目的:观察大耳白兔吸入全氟异丁烯(PFIB)后其动脉血血气、血常规、空腹血糖,以及血清中炎症标志物乳酸脱氢酶和碱性磷酸酶活力的变化规律,旨在发现对全氟异丁烯中毒早期诊断具有重要意义的诊断指标。方法:采用兔头部动态暴露装置,在PFIB 300 mg/m3条件下暴露20 min,经兔耳中央动脉连续采血进行分析。结果:在全氟异丁烯染毒前后,实验兔血常规、空腹血糖的变化不甚明显;在动脉血血气分析中仅发现雌性动物动脉氧分压在染毒后12和24 h出现轻微下降;雄性动物血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量在染毒后即刻显著性升高,其血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)含量在染毒后12 h显著性升高。结论:血常规、空腹血糖在PFIB中毒后无明显变化,动脉血血气的改变对于PFIB中毒早期诊断的意义不大,而血清中LDH和AKP的含量变化对PFIB中毒早期诊断具有一定的参考价值。
Objective: To observe the changes of arterial blood gas, blood routine, fasting blood glucose, and serum inflammatory markers Lactate Dehydrogenase and Alkaline Phosphatase in large white rabbits after inhalation of perfluoroisobutylene (PFIB) Perfluoroisobutylene poisoning early diagnosis of important diagnostic criteria. Methods: Rabbit head dynamic exposure device was used to expose the PFIB 300 mg / m3 for 20 min. Results: The changes of blood routine and fasting blood glucose in experimental rabbits were not obvious before and after exposure to perfluoroisobutylene. In the arterial blood gas analysis, only partial pressure of arterial oxygen decreased slightly at 12 and 24 h after exposure to the poisoned animals. The content of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum of animals increased significantly immediately after exposure, and the content of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in serum significantly increased at 12 h. CONCLUSION: Blood routine and fasting blood glucose have no obvious changes after PFIB poisoning. The change of arterial blood gas is of little significance in the early diagnosis of PFIB poisoning. However, the change of LDH and AKP in serum may have some reference value for the early diagnosis of PFIB poisoning.
