目的:探讨左半结肠癌急性梗阻I期手术治疗的可行性。方法:对30例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:30例全部治愈,切口感染5例,吻合口瘘1例,无腹腔脓肿等并发症发生。结论:左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者,只要选择好合适病例,完善围手术期及术中的处理,I期手术是安全可行的。 Objective: To investigate the feasibility of I-stage surgical treatment of acute obstruction of left colon cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 30 patients with acute obstruction of left colon cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All 30 cases were cured, 5 cases were incisional infection, 1 case was anastomotic fistula and no complications such as abdominal abscess occurred. Conclusion: In patients with acute left obstruction of colon cancer, I choose surgery is safe and feasible as long as the appropriate choice of cases, perioperative perioperative and perioperative treatment.
