在对ZY─20型电液装岩机工作机构进行分析的基础上,建立了优化设计的数学模型,优化方法选择SUMT调用Powel1法,优化程序采用TurboC语言编写。通过优化设计使工作机构的结构更加趋于合理,从而提高了工作机构的运动平稳性,减小了链条的最大拉力和提升时间。
Based on the analysis of the working mechanism of ZY-20 electro-hydraulic rock loader, the mathematical model of optimal design was established. The optimization method was to select the method of Powel1 by SUMT, and the optimization program was written in TurboC language. Through the optimization design, the structure of the working organization becomes more reasonable, which improves the smoothness of the working mechanism and reduces the maximum pulling force and lifting time of the chain.
