目的:观察经剂型优化后断骨丹贴剂有无促进兔桡骨骨折的愈合作用。方法:家兔72只,其中8只未造模作正常值测定,64只手术造成右桡骨中段骨折,并分为空白组、断骨丹传统剂型组、普通方法提取浸膏贴膏组、剂型优化提取浸膏贴膏组,于2周、4周分别处死,取出骨折的桡骨进行弯曲载荷测定进行对比观察。结果:2周中的4组按弯曲载荷从大到小排列为剂型优化后提取浸膏贴膏组、普通方法提取浸膏贴膏组、断骨丹传统剂型组、空白组。4周中的4组弯曲载荷与2周组排列相同,而剂型优化后提取浸膏贴膏组在2周和4周均与空白组有显著差异。结论:断骨丹经剂型优化提取浸膏制成的贴膏对兔桡骨骨折愈合有促进作用,并优于传统剂型断骨丹。
OBJECTIVE: To observe whether Gugutang patch can promote the healing of rabbit tibial fractures after optimization of formulation. Methods: 72 rabbits, of which 8 were not tested for normal values, 64 of them caused fractures of the right tibia, and were divided into blank group, Gugudan traditional dosage group, ordinary method extraction cream paste group, and dosage form optimization. The extract paste group was extracted and was sacrificed at 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively. The fractured tibias were removed and the bending load was measured and compared. RESULTS: The 4 groups in the 2 weeks were ranked according to the bending load from big to small. After optimization of the dosage form, the extract paste cream group, the ordinary method extraction cream paste group, the Gugudan traditional dosage group and the blank group were extracted. The 4 groups of flexural loads in the 4 weeks were the same as those in the 2 week group, and the extracts of the optimized extract group had significant differences between the 2 and 4 weeks groups and the blank group. Conclusion: Optimizing the extraction of Gugu Danjing formulation on the plaster made from extract can promote the healing of tibial fractures in rabbits and is superior to the traditional dosage form Gugu Dan.
