目的调查某水泥粉磨站职业病危害因素的种类、强度、浓度、职业病危害防护设施,为企业职业病危害防治提供科学依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害检测检验方法。结果水泥粉磨站职业病危害因素主要是粉尘(石灰石尘、矽尘、水泥尘、其它粉尘)和噪声。水泥生产现场作业所有工种接触粉尘的时间加权平均浓度超过职业接触限值。作业点短时间接触浓度超标点主要分布在水泥生产石膏入料口、石膏库底、矿渣库底、熟料库底、辊压机、球磨机、选粉机等作业点。作业岗位的个体噪声强度为58.9~93.4 d B(A),超标率为27.8%。结论粉尘是水泥粉磨站的主要职业病危害因素,需采取有效的防尘设施和管理措施,以保护工人的身体健康。
Objective To investigate the types, intensity, concentration and occupational hazard protection facilities of occupational hazards in a cement grinding station, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational hazards. Methods Occupational Health Survey and occupational disease testing methods were used. Results The main occupational hazards of cement grinding station are dust (limestone dust, silica dust, cement dust, other dust) and noise. The time-weighted average concentration of dust exposed to all types of work in cement production sites exceeds the occupational exposure limits. Short-term exposure to work point concentrations exceeding the points are mainly distributed in the cement production gypsum entrance, gypsum floor, slag floor, clinker bottom, roller press, ball mill, separator and other operating points. The individual noise intensity of job post was 58.9 ~ 93.4 d B (A), exceeding the standard rate of 27.8%. Conclusion Dust is the main occupational hazard factor in cement grinding station. Effective dust control facilities and management measures should be taken to protect workers’ health.
