近年来,我们观测了萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)及赤霉素(GA)等生长激素,对平菇菌丝、子实体生长和品质的影响。现整理如下,供有关方面参考。 (一)对菌丝体生长的影响:在PDA培养基中,2ppm的萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸可明显促进菌丝生长,增长率达5~7%,而吲哚乙酸和赤霉素有一定的抑制作用。大于2ppm吲哚乙酸的抑制作用最强。在木屑培养基中,1ppm的各种生长激素都能不同程度地促进菌丝生长,5ppm的萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸效果最好,菌丝率增长可达7~10%。大于1ppm的吲哚乙酸和赤霉素有抑制作用。木屑培养
