目的:探讨bcl-2基因表达及与ER、PR表达的关系。方法:本文用免疫组织化学SP法检测bcl-2基因和ER、PR在胰腺癌和胰腺癌转移灶中的表达。结果:bcl-2蛋白在胰腺癌中阳性表达明显高于胰腺癌转移灶;无转移的、高分化的胰腺癌明显高于有转移的和低分化胰腺癌。胰腺癌组和胰腺癌转移灶组中bcl—2表达与凋亡指数里显著负相关。胰腺癌组bcl-2蛋白与ER表达呈正相关。结论:bcl—2基因是抑制胰腺癌细胞凋亡的重要原因,可能作用于胰腺细胞的癌变阶段,并与胰腺癌早期发展有关,表明bcl-2蛋白的表达特征可以反映胰腺癌生物学行为。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between bcl-2 gene expression and the expression of ER and PR. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 gene and ER and PR in pancreatic and pancreatic metastases. RESULTS: The positive expression of bcl-2 protein in pancreatic cancer was significantly higher than that of pancreatic cancer. No metastatic and well-differentiated pancreatic cancer was significantly higher than that of metastatic and poorly differentiated pancreatic cancer. There was a significant negative correlation between bcl-2 expression and apoptotic index in the pancreatic cancer group and pancreatic cancer metastasis group. There was a positive correlation between bcl-2 protein and ER expression in pancreatic cancer group. Conclusion: bcl-2 gene is an important factor in inhibiting apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells and may play a role in the cancerous stage of pancreatic cells and is related to the early development of pancreatic cancer, indicating that the expression of bcl-2 protein can reflect the biological behavior of pancreatic cancer.
