四川地区五十年代以来,发生重大井喷失控和着火事故数十次,损失巨大,同时也积累了丰富的实践经验。因此,开展平衡钻井及井控技术研究,是油气勘探开发急待解决的重大课题。由四川石油管理局和西南石油学院组成的攻关组,经过三年的努力,取得了十个方面的成果,四年多没有发生重大井喷失控和着火事故,有效地保护了油气层,促进了钻井速度的提高,形成了一整套适应四川裂缝性碳酸盐岩油气藏的油气井压力控制技术,取得了显著的技术经济和社会效益。本文概括介绍课题的基本内容、成果和效益。
Since the 1950s, there have been dozens of major blowout and fire accidents in Sichuan Province, resulting in huge losses and rich practical experience. Therefore, carrying out research on balanced drilling and well control technology is a major issue to be urgently solved in oil and gas exploration and development. After three years of hard work, the research team composed of the Sichuan Petroleum Administration and the Southwest Petroleum Institute has achieved 10 results. No major blowout and fire accidents occurred during the past four years, effectively protecting the oil and gas fields and promoting drilling The increase of velocity has formed a complete set of pressure control technology for oil and gas wells that meets the fractured carbonate reservoirs in Sichuan Province and achieved significant technical, economic and social benefits. This article summarizes the basic content, achievements and benefits of the subject.
