据测定说明,灭幼脲在松林下土壤中是随着时间的延续,含量不断递减,并且所沉积的残留物,很快被土壤微生物(主要是真菌)降解而消失,故不易积累,对环境亦无污染。国外有许多关于除虫脲(灭幼脲1号)的残留报道,灭幼脲3号是我国自己研制的合成路线,现已在防治森林害虫中运用,尤其是防治油松毛虫用量较大,但对于灭幼脲3号在土壤中,特别是在松林土壤中残留情况,尚未报道。我们首次测定在松林土壤中灭幼脲3号残留动态有着重要意义,可为在松林里大量使用,提供科学依据。
