目的:该研究的目的就是观察豁痰开窍胶囊对血瘀大鼠血小板聚集率及凝血因子的影响;诱发小鼠体内血栓形成,进行药理学实验研究。方法:采用寒冷刺激加肾上腺素造成血瘀模型等方法,观察豁痰开窍胶囊(主要药物:胆南星、三七、麝香、石菖蒲、土鳖虫、冰片等)的药理作用。结果:①模型组血液中TT、PT、APTT内源性和外源性凝血功能明显缩短,血小板聚集率显著增高;豁痰开窍胶囊0.20g/kg、0.40g/kg、0.80g/kg均能明显降低血瘀高凝大鼠模型Ⅱ因子活性,降低血小板聚集率,抑制内源性和外源性凝血系统,降低血液高凝状态,与模型组比较有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);②豁痰开窍胶囊0.50g/kg、1.00g/kg给药14d与正常组比较,能延长小鼠存活率(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:豁痰开窍胶囊能明显延长小鼠凝血时间、显著降低血瘀大鼠的血小板聚集作用。诱发小鼠体内血栓形成。
Aims: The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of Phlegm-Caosi Capsule on platelet aggregation rate and coagulation factors in blood stasis rats; induce thrombosis in mice and conduct pharmacological experimental study. Methods: The cold stimulation and epinephrine caused by blood stasis model and other methods to observe the Phlegm-Caokai capsule (main drugs: bile Southern Star, Panax, musk, Acorus calamus, borneol, borneol, etc.) pharmacological effects. Results: ①TT, PT and APTT in the model group were significantly reduced in endogenous and exogenous coagulation, and the platelet aggregation rate was significantly increased. Phlegm-opening capsule 0.20g / kg, 0.40g / kg, 0.80g / kg Significantly decreased the activity of factor Ⅱ, decreased the rate of platelet aggregation, inhibited the intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation system, and lowered the blood hypercoagulability in the model rats with blood stasis and hypercoagulation, compared with the model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) (P <0.05 or P <0.01). (2) Compared with the normal group, the Phlegm-Caosi Capsule 0.50g / kg and 1.00g / kg administration for 14d prolonged the survival rate of mice (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Phlegm-inducing Capsule can significantly prolong the clotting time of mice and significantly reduce the platelet aggregation in blood stasis rats. Induced thrombosis in mice.
