青海省喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地内,广泛分布着间颅鼠兔(Ochotona cansus),为研究其在疫源地内的宿主作用,我们以强毒鼠疫菌对该鼠兔作了感染试验。 试验的间颅鼠兔(简称鼠兔)捕自泽库县鼠疫流行区。对照的鼠兔捕自该县非鼠疫流行区。试验鼠疫毒株,系1954年分离自贵德县喜马拉雅旱獭体内的141号菌株。
Ochotona cansus was widely distributed within the natural foci of the plague of Marmota marmota in Qinghai Province. In order to study its host role in the foci, we tested the infection with the virulent Yersinia pestis. The interosseous rabbit (rabbit) was captured from the epidemic area of the plague in Zeku County. Control rabbits were caught in the non-plague-endemic area of the county. The experimental plague virus strain was strain 141 isolated from the Himalayan marmot in 1954 in the body.
