目的:建立同时测定角花胡颓子中齐墩果酸与熊果酸含量的RP-HPLC法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%乙酸铵(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为206 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果:齐墩果酸进样量在0.06~0.36μg(r=0.9995)、熊果酸进样量在0.65~3.9μg(r=0.9997)范围内,线性关系良好,齐墩果酸与熊果酸的平均加样回收率分别为99.2%和102.5%,RSD分别为8.4%和6.0%(n=9),重复性试验的含量的RSD分别为6.9%和4.2%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,可用于角花胡颓子的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Radix. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with methanol-0.5% ammonium acetate (85:15) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 206 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1, and the column temperature was 30°C. . Results: The injection of oleanolic acid was in the range of 0.06~0.36μg (r=0.9995) and the ursolic acid injection was in the range of 0.65~3.9μg (r=0.9997). The linear relationship was good. Oleanolic acid and bearberry The average recovery of acid was 99.2% and 102.5%, RSD was 8.4% and 6.0% (n=9), and the RSD of the repeatability test was 6.9% and 4.2% (n=6), respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of A. sinensis.
