室内污染投诉增加rn1997年,北京华德公寓的居民刘先生搬入新居后,发现室内刺激性气味严重,经检测,室内空气中氨气、甲醛严重超标,在多次向房地产公司提出退房遭到拒绝后,刘先生向北京市崇文区人民法院提出诉讼.此案成为我国因室内空气污染引起诉讼的第一个案例.
